Life is full of mundane moments, activities and experiences. While we are conscious of what we do we often accomplish them with little or no thought. Inevitably, we get lost in the minutiae of the everyday. What if we took a moment to stop and re-examine their true significance? Can these seemingly innocuous experiences have major ramifications on who we are and what we stand for? How do these effortless routines affect the people that we surround ourselves with on a daily basis?
